Dear people, I have a question
Say a region was founded by a particular nation, and that nation joined another region and
Asked us to join, when they reply no everytime. Then he kicks them out of the region even though he never did anything in it, and harasses and bullies the nations that used to be in his region, never leaving them alone. Are there any rules against that?
