The Association of Attorneys can only consist of maximum four attorneys.

I could go on for hours about how damaging license caps such as these can be on access to professional expertise. For now, however, I ask only this of Dongerland (or whoever created the AA in the first place): Why?

Any Citizen can represent a fellow Citizen as an Attorney. The Association of Attorneys are a group of attorneys who can represent the government in the court on behalf of the Attorney General. There's a cap on Public Prosecutors. If you are citizen filing a case in court you can ask any fellow citizen to represent you. Edit: Also the cap is almost non-existent because the Attorney General can also authorise a citizen to act as a Public Prosecutor in some cases when there's a conflict of interest with the sitting attorneys or if the Attorney General finds a better public prosecutor for a case.

Treaty Between Free Nations Region and The League

The Free Nations Region and the Republic of the League are pleased to announce the passage of the Franconia–Chiremba Accords between our two regions.

The FNR and The League have been in dialogue to cement the close relations our regions have had and the Franconia-Chiremba Accords is the fruit of our labor. Both FNDA and the LDF have cooperated in Libcord and other defender operations, including the liberation of Trovons recently. This treaty affirms our commitment to support each other and our continued dedication to the Defender cause.

In addition, FNR and The League will engage in interregional cultural events to promote good relations between our region members as well as allowing regional member board access across regions to both members of FNR and the League.

It is "Franconia", named after a city in Quebecshire (whereas Chiremba is a city in Doctors Orvos). The roleplay/Quebecshirite version of Franconia is based on this real life version and the state park of the same name.

While I am very much not a fan of Sanctum (or The Wolf Clan) and appreciate that this was an anti-Sanctum operation at heart, I must ask: What "Del" was there to "Bump?" That term is typically used for regions that have a delegate already, which Sanctum has never had before:

The Gemini Covenant

Statement on the Treaty with the Union of Democratic States

The Free Nations Region Foreign Affairs Ministry is happy to announce the ratification of a treaty named, "the Gemini Covenant" with the Union of Democratic States. This treaty ensures cooperation between the two regions on the matters of Military, World Assembly and Culture Affairs.

This treaty resurrects the historical relationship between FNR and UDS. Relations between both regions were so strong six years ago that we considered UDS a sister region. This led to the ratification of "The Democratic Freedom Accords" between FNR and UDS in 2016.
In mid-2017, due to a severe lack of activity in the FNR there was a merge agreement made between FNR and UDS. However, the then FNR Founder Crystalsummer backed out of the agreement at the last possible second causing the UDS to withdraw their embassy from FNR.

For the next 2-3 years FNR and UDS decided to avoid each other in the interregional forum and focused on other matters instead. However, our shared stances on interregional matters brought us back together with the reemergence of the Free Nations Defense Association during the late 2019. Militaries of both regions started working together on libcord operations. In 2020, consulates were established after the departure of Crystalsummer from FNR, and embassies were established in 2021. Both regions exchanged ambassadors and also started working together in the Partnership for Sovereignty. These actions ultimately reignited the old friendship between our regions.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry is delighted with this revival of relations and hopes to continue collaborating with UDS for years to come.
