Due to Phoenician State losing citizenship status by willingly leaving the region for a short amount of time before the election, the results of the MoRA cannot be determined.

New Forumwith a simple design!
Overall, FNR has seen a large shift from the forum to alternative mediums such as Discord and on-site tools. This has been seen as a positive shift and has seemingly been received very well. Though, for people seeking non-WA citizenship or applying for FNDA (the FNR Defender Military), a forum is still needed to have safety measures against attempting to gain multiple citizenships. For this reason, we maintain a forum. We believed that our old forum was outdated in design and was not in our full control due to the founder transition. Therefore we are self-hosting a new forum with some custom designing! Not just this, but we also have a domain! The domain is: https://the-fnr.com/.

We wanted to go with a very simple and easy-to-follow design.
Our technical administrator Tigerania (much much thanks to him!) is also currently working on building a website for the regional newspaper. Keep an eye out!
Community Managera bridge!
One of President Sparsdan's first implementations in his term was the introduction of a Community Manager. The Community Manager is to be a bridge between the community, the government, the moderators, and the RP community. They are to alleviate any concerns, open up transparency, and overall improve the atmosphere within the FNR community. Our new and first Community Manager is Vostrov (our longest resident!) By taking up this position, they willingly chose to resign as a moderator to be an impartial member of the community and meet everyone's needs to their fullest.
New RPwith huge activity!
Recently, a large portion of our RP community left the FNR after we reprimanded them for problematic behavior. But without much delay, we were able to rebuild and restart an entire new roleplay with over 40 applications that have already come in! The RP manager is Doctors Orvos. In addition, three completely new IC moderators have been introduced. The new RP region is: The Free Nations Realm. Here is the map as of 03.12.2020 (DD/MM/YYYY):

Any reason why less "inaccurate" statistics couldn't be found? I also thought that FNR didn't have a forum... well, at least before now
That would have also affected the voter turnout percentage number (likely why the note is beside that). Every FNR citizen is a given a election verification code if they are an eligible citizen. If (a) citizen(s) were to leave during the election, it would be revoked. A better way it could have been worded is to state the before-after numbers.due to a number of EVC revokees

Statementby the FA Ministry
As a democracy, defenders, and friends to both The South Pacific and The North Pacific, we feel it desirable to speak our opinion on the recent quorum raiding and fascist allegations.
Regardless of any region's affiliation, the principle of quorum raiding is immoral to principles of democratic values and goes against keeping the moral high ground against horrific fascism. Nonetheless, we are prospective that future concerns regarding this topic between the South Pacific and the North Pacific can be handled in a professional and relaxed manner, without unfounded accusation. Both regions have brought forth valid points, more or less. Though, seemingly a compromise was recommended about informing of quorum raids in advance to prevent defenders from acting (assuming conditions of the region(s) being targeted are met). We are confident that such a compromise could result in further positive cooperation and that the fight against the horrors of fascism remains strong, a fight which we are all strongly for.

With My Nation as the new president, some changes were made. Specifically to the ministeries in existence. The following ministries were choosen by the new President:

Successful RPw/100 Applications!
It has now been months since the restart of our Roleplay and a whole new community. Since then, we have received 100 applications! We consider this a major accomplishment. During the start of our new roleplay, its foundations were built with the first RP manager, Doctors Orvos. Though, a new member is expected to seek this position as Orvos has moved on to become the Minister of Culture.

As mandated by law, newly elected President My Nation has published his first transparency report.

Since my term as President began just half a month ago, and the new Cabinet was only elected very recently on February 1st, it was difficult to accomplish much last month. Still, FNR's government was able to implement a few meaningful changes, as detailed below:
- I released a government feedback form allowing residents of FNR to easily submit questions, concerns, comments, and suggestions to the government. (January 29th)
- My Advisor, Heaveria, wrote three important proposals and submitted them for debate in FNR's legislature. (January 31st)
- Our Speaker, Gufand, introduced RMB posts notifying citizens about legislature debates as well as Citizen-Pings on Discord for the same purpose. This sparked an increase in citizen activity in FNR's legislature debates. (January 31st)
- I opened up all Ministry office channels on FNR's Discord server to residents of the region — another step towards improving government transparency. (February 1st)
What are the government's goals for this month?
In the coming days, I will be contacting each Minister of my Cabinet individually to discuss our goals for this term. Thus, the goals of my Ministers cannot be found in the February report. They will instead be included in a dispatch I will be publishing at a later date. However, all currently-existing goals for the month of February can be found below:
- Internal Affairs:
- Review and update all of FNR's governmental dispatches.
- Continue the revival of the regional newspaper (once the above goal is complete).
- Foreign Affairs:
- Nominate a Minister to lead this Ministry.
- Maintain and grow FNR's ambassador list.
- Defense:
- Create advertisements encouraging citizens to join the regional military.
- Culture:
- Introduce fun biweekly polls open to all residents of the region!
- Immigration:
- Nominate a Minister to lead this Ministry.
- Set up a monthly recruitment leaderboard (once a Minister of Immigration is nominated and confirmed).
- In the meantime, encourage Immigration staff members and apprentices to continue sending recruitment telegrams.
- Regional Administration:
- Set all Ministers up with FNR's governmental calendar.
- Other:
- Write and pass a proposal establishing a Ministry of Roleplay — Doctors Orvos and South Asians are working on this.
- Write and pass a proposal that creates an award to be given to FNR's most hardworking Ministers — Sparsdan is working on this.

Statement from theMinister of Defense
The Free Nations Defense Association has always sent personnels in all the major liberation missions since its foundation in 2016. Last month, we had a record participation in the Boston Defense Operation. The last time we saw this amount of participants in a single operation was in 2018. I would like to thank all the FNDA Agents for their Participation in that successful operation.
I would like to Congratulate Heaveria for his well-deserved promotion to the rank of Special Agent. Since I got reelected as the Minister of Defense, I wish to contribute more to FNDA and make it a more successful defender organisation.
Updated Toolsfor better defending!
FNDA is a home to many hardworking programmers who are dedicated to make defending easier for everyone. Our programmers have developed a couple of tools so far which are as follows:-
1. Storm- Storm is a keyboard extension based on Breeze++ by Vincent Drake which is based on Breeze made by Shizensky. Storm makes frequently used actions more convenient by assigning hotkeys to them. Storm is made by FNDA Cadet Codpiece aka Krypton Nova. The current version is 4.3

2. Kronos- Kronos is a very useful tool for R/D Operations. It is used to generate detag sheets, update sheets and it also has a regional update time estimator and countdown timer. Kronos is also made by FNDA Cadet Codpiece.

Partnership of SovereigntyFNR joins a new voting bloc.
Earlier this month, the Free Nations Region joined a Security Council voting bloc named the Partnership for Sovereignty. Built upon the same principles that we follow, protecting the sovereignty of innocent regions, working towards a positive community, respect and self-determination. Founded in January, the voting bloc is continuing to grow, but we are in good company with all members, with the FNR establishing embassies with all the members of PfS, including new member Spiritus.

The FNR March MadnessBracketeering Tournament
Thaelle is organising a still ongoing bracketeering tournament named "The FNR March Madness" for US college basketball. Where members predict the results lf the 64-team US college basketball tournament. This wide cultural event in which many of our allies took part with us has found participants not only from among our USA citizens, but worldwide interest too. Of course, only after it was explained to everyone else.
Themed Music SessionsSongs of Freedom
On March fourteenth, FNR’s Minister of Culture, Doctors Orvos, announced our region’s very first themed music session! The session, which was held in a voice channel on Discord on March twentieth, consisted of songs suggested by some of FNR’s very own residents. The theme: freedom! Songs such as “Stars and Stripes Forever,” “Old Town Road,” and even the American national anthem were played for the listening pleasure of all those who chose to stop by. All in all, the event was thoroughly enjoyed by all the Freemen and Freewomen and it has paved the way for similar events to be held in the future!
The Vanguard CouncilFour Vanguards Appointed
On February eighth, FNR’s Minister of Defense, South Asians, proposed the region’s thirty-ninth piece of legislation: The Vanguard Act. This proposal, which was signed into law on the eleventh of the same month, serves to establish an elite group of active FNR citizens — the Vanguard Council — who, in the case of a vacancy in regional government, would assume the duties of the vacant position until a suitable candidate to fill it is elected. In March, FNR’s Founder, Heaveria, nominated four citizens to become members of this council: Doctors Orvos, Valid, Vostrov, and Thaelle. All of these candidates, with the exception of Valid, were then approved by FNR’s legislature, forming the region’s first-ever Vanguard Council! Doctors Orvos, Vostrov, and Thaelle come from three very different backgrounds on NationStates, yet they are all extremely hardworking and dedicated to the region. The future is bright for the government of The Free Nations Region!

At the end of March, first article of the new newspaper also came out. Temporary Editor-in-Chief, Sparsdan, is not hard at work in recruiting more staff writers and editors before handing control to Minister of Internal Affairs.
