As the Admiral of the Japanese fleet of the Imperial Japanese Navy, I wish you all the luck in the world. Especially when it seems that the region you just raided seems to have banned you from it (and raiding a region with an active founder is generally a bad idea, because they have the power to eject your raiders), and will cease to exist at the update.

....Did you create a region for the sole sake of raiding it? It is a 7 day old region, and you are either the worst raiders ever and got lucky, or you staged a raid to make yourselves look stronger than you are.

Considering that your puppet, A Random Raider, is a blatant raider puppet, asking the founder "I want to be the officer with the border control authority", I am honestly inclined to the latter, as the former would require so much gullibility, that it is unreasonable. I mean, look at this; if this were my region, you would be booted faster than you could say Jack Robinson.
