First, this is just plain stupid. By your logic, we are all living in an anarcho fascist state. Foreign relations 101: Between nations, there is only anarchy. And yeah, *checks china* might makes right.

Secondly, the Mad Max clans are not based on nationalism but rather on territorial states. You know... nationalism is kinda the centrepiece of fascism.
