To be honest being anti-Lily is a terrible idea. Lily are a popular organisation with raiders and defenders alike, having bad blood with them isn't going to help you gain allies. Lily are good and you can learn a lot from them, which you should instead of declaring war on them then getting utterly rekt by them.

yeah. we will help you if you let us, you saw where being anti-lily got GWS last time; holding grudges over that wont get you anywhere.
