On a more serious note, I am hoping you'll start your own recruitment and not poach members from other orgs. Get some stamps, API or manual recruitment going for yourself, please.

They don’t exactly pop in overnight. Running an org (or region in general) takes time and effort.

Emphasis on time. Be patient and keep doing what your doing and maybe you’ll get somewhere, maybe you won’t. Reflect on what went wrong last time and try again, or join an established org to gain experienced, or ask other big names if they’d like to help with a startup.

Just don’t rebrand, and shut doors a day later pls

Your region has a bit of a high barrier to entry, having a password on it makes it harder to potentionally interested people to join.
