If the identity of this traitor/the traitors cannot be ascertained, I will be left with no choice but to scrap the entire Confederation Government and redesign Imperial Law so that only the Supreme Council wields any kind of power.

There is one central antagonist in all of this. He has displayed an extreme lack of maturity and has chosen to strike at us during my absence. He would have us "face [him] like a man" - well, I tried this and offered him mature explanations and discourse as to the status of relationship. Instead, he hits below the belt and himself hides in the shadows, using one or several of you against the Confederation.

I of course refer to The Chuck. Nations should not interact with this man anymore, at all.

I will of course continue to work on this situation despite the fact that I was actually taking a well-deserved break from NationStates, though I will not resume official duties until February 1st. Depackya remains Acting-Viceroy until that time.

At least good things have come out of it, in that they will have to perhaps shut down their Discord. Thus the spread of hate and nazi shit may be slightly curtailed. I would call that a win for human decency.

  Jocospor ordered two agents - Artemizistan and Ikea Rike to enter The North Pacific as part of a long term operation to become Delegate of The North Pacific.
• Jocospor recruited United Massachusetts to serve as a handler and mentor for Ikea Rike to help him navigate The North Pacific’s government and relationships.
  The operation was poorly performed and Ikea Rike was a known associate of the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators from the beginning as he requested an embassy between The North Pacific and CCD.
• Phase 1 of the operation focused on Artemizistan who is also known as Castelia, a Supreme Council member of CCD. Castelia later withdrew from the operation for real life reasons. United Massachusetts worked with Castelia and advised him on TNP before disappearing from the operation.
• Phase 2 focused on Ikea Rike also known as “The Inquisitor”. This phase of the operation makes little sense considering a cursory search of our forum would reveal Ikea Rike’s known association with CCD.
• A former admin of the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators known as “The Chuck” has worked closely with us to provide supporting evidence and screenshots about the operation.
• The Chuck has also reported that Jocospor has maintained private channels on the discord server for the explicit purpose of liaising directly with Nazis and other far-right hate groups in NationStates.

The Pacific’s NLO damage control tactics can’t really be used by CCD since it’s explicitly clear that Jocospor, their founder and leader, is completely at fault here. It’s easier to blame rogue actors in government for things when they do a dumb. Harder for everyone to outright condemn their founder, who can’t be removed mechanically unless they all mass exodus the region. Which, according to them, they have no intentions of doing. CCD can’t take the post-NLO damage control route. What they can do is at least show some decency in being honest about what they did here. Some of them have been, but Jocospor has not. He has shown zero remorse and clearly has not so much as even a feigned plan for change, let alone anything real.
