As long as you hold CCD's Discord to the same standards that you do others, I feel like that's an entirely justifiable position to take.

Something that people fail to notice/have strategically ignored time and time again is CCD's zero tolerance towards sexually explicit content. Even past CCD nations who left on poor terms could attest to this.

Several of the larger regions have porn channels within their Discords. I have extreme issues with this.

I think there was one in one of the older NSGP servers, they called them R18 chats (never been in one, found it creepy). tbh I think the 'anime' chats which are pushing the line between anime and creepy are more of an issue nowadays. AFAIK those regions that had R18 channels have either stopped or been blacklisted, but that said, I wouldn't be surprised if there were still chats like that remaining.

And again, I must ask - what exactly is the issue with that? You can very easily mute and collapse the channel if you don't want to hear about lewd anime, so what's the harm to you?

The harm is to the minors in the server. Not to mention that why do you need a NSFW channel for a political simulator? This is a game about politics, not about posting obscene or lewd material, especially where minors can see it. Jocospor is right to shun it from CCD.

Anime in itself is no big deal. I'm talking about NSFW content. Anime content can also be NSFW. Posting it in front of children is when it becomes a problem. There are also numerous other reasons why anime NSFW can be problematic, but in this case, I'm talking about irresponsible regional management.

Honestly, if other regions are exposing underaged users to pornographic content and Jocospor takes an aggressive, no-tolerance stance against this sort of behavior, then to give due credit, he does actually possess the high ground on this subject.

That doesn't mean he won't get tarred and feathered for other subjects, but this won't be one of them.
