Posted: Sun Feb 16, 2020 1:54 amCCD's self commends and repeals are nonstop. They know that the proposal itself won't be good or possibly even reach quorum, hence why they almost barely create a forum. Their only reason to continue making proposals is for recruitment and propaganda.

From my end, the Confederation State Broadcasting telegram is clearly marked as recruitment (the one that begins with the phrase "You know us." - I can post the entire TG in question here if so desired, although I would rather not do so).
In any event, sending out a tag:wa telegram to promote your region a few days after a Security Council proposal to promote your region failed to reach the voting floor is terrible, terrible form; even flipping Enadia committed themselves to refrain from such wrongdoings last year!
