Yeah that liberation repeal is not going to happen now. It's going to be on the books until the end of time. The only way it'll get repealed is if the region gets raided.

The way they’re going, that might be sooner then they thought.
I can’t pretend not to feel a small degree of satisfaction at CCD spiraling towards a fall. Here’s hoping for an end to Joco wasting his cash on telegram spam.

For far too long I have sat in the dark, watching the events that unfolded before me. Watched as the once proud and valiant nation of Jocospor turn sickly and vial with greed. For protection of his already bloodstained name. When I first joined the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators, I thought that it would be a great place to settle down and crank out some nice Events. I was right, but over the course of the past 3 months, I saw myself wrong. The friends I once had here lost interest or left. Some driven away by the harassment that Jocospor and the Supreme Council dished out. Some just didn't see fit to stay.
Lately, I have been in contact with a very strong nation we all know and love named The Chuck. A name nobody will ever forget, a name deeply engraved in the guilty minds of Jocospor, the Supreme Council, and the CCD's treacherous allies. A name that helped me find the truth, but not enough for me to leave the CCD.
Yes, admittedly I had talked to The Chuck, and regrettably I ousted him and his small cluster of "spies" within the CCD.
I did not do so willingly. I was pried and had to act like I was willingly following Jocospor and his wishes. He in turn wanted me to spy on them. But I didn't. Those nations I sadly ousted were dear friends of mine. Some forgave me, some didn't. I would like to point some things out.
Ukraniumstan never once defied the "laws" of the CCD, and was even told that it would have been wrong for [Jocospor] to force Ukraniumstan to stop all contact with [The] Chuck.
Castelia, Kafair, and 2nd Imperial German Reich had talked to Chuck to figure out what was going on, to better the region. Not once did they defy Jocospor's "laws."
Transnista, a very dear friend of mine, or she was... had a talk with me when everything was revealed, and I am still so very sorry for ousting her and the rest. But like Jocospor, like ShrewLlamaLand, like the Supreme Council, she used me and manipulated me. She shot me while I was down on the ground. After I wanted to make amends. That was ruined with her rash decision go behind my back. I am not saying I didn't deserved it, but only the lowest of the low would go around and seek revenge, only to call it a job.
I can admittedly report that she is working with Jocospor, blindly may I add, for a position that will soon show how corrupt she really is, just as it showed with the nation of Regna Loreau. A nation who held her position above everyone, including the other Supreme Council members.
Regardless of what I said above, Chuck and I had a long talk the past 2 days about my actions. He and I still consider each other allies, and I really do not care as to whether or not Jocospor, a man who lives across the World from me, knows this. Chuck has been more supportive of me than Jocospor ever could have been.
Chuck and I have made amends for the most part, and I would like to apologize to the rest of NationStates for my heinous actions. I now reside in a region with some of my actual friends, and hope others within the CCD realize that they blindly follow man who would not be afraid to strike you down with no true cause.
When I left the CCD this morning, I truly did not have an issue with the region. I left on amicable terms, and even told the region that. I told them they would always be considered family, but I don't exactly know how I feel about that anymore. I had left thinking that I could still be on at least okay terms, but I guess I was wrong.
I stand with the Azure-Watester Federation, with the rest of NationStates, when I say, The CCD needs to learn from its actions, but it seems that they don't wish to learn from these actions, only make them worse.
I would like to add, before you go bash the entire Supreme Council, the nations of Russia Major and Riakou do not deserve any lash the CCD gets. They are the true friends of those on the lighter side.
As a closing note, let me state to you all my statement I call "The Concerns of the CCD.":
Ladies, gentlemen, friends. For the past couple months I have sat in my own corner tending to my own position of Civil Congress Treasurer. After coming back to the Government, I had noticed a lot changed. Our activity was worse than it was before, disorganization and corruption loomed over the entire area. Sure we’re called the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators, but this is inexcusable. For far too long I have sat in and said nothing, but that changes now.
When I first joined the CCD, I never expected to get to where I am now. I never expected to meet such good friends, and I never expected to make my name known. You all seemed to like the Roleplays I did, and it feels like the Rift Crisis was the icing on the cake. It shaped the CCD to where it is today. For the good and the bad.
Part of me thinks that this is partially my fault. If the Rift Crisis never happened, governments wouldn’t have shifted, Jocospor would never have fallen. Some very questionable figures would never have taken the seat of the Supreme Council.
Recently, with the attraction of spies and the light shining, I have come to realize that this region doesn’t actually do what’s best for the Confederation as a whole, but more so for the interests of the Supreme Council. If this isn’t the case, then the Undersecretaries would have more say in more important matters. Second, the Supreme Council doesn’t seem to appoint their undersecretaries by their ability to do work, contrary to what the Governmental overhaul aimed to do. The government is filled with the favorites of the region. It’s just a status quo.
I have aimed for a better Confederation, and wanted to see true change, but with the way it’s going, I see it isn’t possible. The ISSA was meant to be a way to get more people involved in the region, and to help further improve future roleplays. The actual Rift Crisis was meant to bring the people of the Confederation - more importantly the government - together for a common cause, and to prove to Jocospor that the government now wasn’t inefficient. I guess I was proven wrong with only people like Kafair, Russia Major, and Kyavan taking it seriously. I feel like somewhere along the way I went wrong, and I failed you all.
Back during the end of the Jocospite Civil War (the first part), we were promised a reform in the government. Many positions were taken away, including the one I had held. They were merged with various other departments to create fewer positions within the government. Some members of the Supreme Council changed, but in general every person from before changed. We were promised an entire overhaul, yet not even the Supreme Council changed. To this day, they continue to pick favorites. The only unbiased position for the most part is the elected Chairman of the Civil Congress. I created the Civil Congress Treasury as a way to ease the responsibilities of both the Imperial Treasury and the Civil Congress Chairman. I didn’t expect to be actually appointed, but I was. I have respect toward the governing nations and all the nations in the confederation, but things have to change. There are people in these positions who should not be, some supreme councilmen who abuse their power and manipulate and harass others to submission. I understand we’re undergoing reform, but who’s to say any of this will actually change? Especially if change was promised beforehand and we never got it?
I’ve been looking around the Confederation and its chats, and it seems that most of the really active players are dissatisfied with the current running of the region. One nation in particular has been extremely disappointed for letting a nation - who is constantly derogatory and insulting to other nations - into the region, without any true punishment depicted. Some are also disgruntled of the fact that we let a nation - who abandoned us twice back into the region. Although I had a talk with said nation and I understand his reasonings.
I am in no way disregarding the trust and authority of our government, as I am in it, but I feel that change does need to be seen within our government. Please, for the sake of this region, really listen to the people. Do not treat the Supreme Council higher for the constitution, treat everyone as if they were the higher ups.

And let me thank the Security Council again for bestowing upon us this badge of honour. That must be the second time just in this thread!
Now personally, my goal was to be the first region to complete the trifecta - a Liberation, a Commend, and a Condemn - we can probably resume work on the second part soonish I think now all the drama is over?
