I'm aware that you're Speaker of the Civil Congress - a position that wields no actual power, mind you - but do you speak on behalf of the Supreme Council as a whole or are you simply trying to inspire change amongst the Supreme Council. I assure you that others have tried to inspire change. It's never succeeded.

Frankly I sincerely doubt that Regna will be removed or disciplined, as she is quite important. My views do reside with SOME of the SC, and we are endeavouring to reform the CCD as a whole. I'm sure we cannot change quickly or in entirety, but I will do my best. I am not SC and cannot remove Karelignia, so I don't know about the status regarding him, but he is certainly being looked at.

Persuade Joco to CTE and for a new WA delegate—other than someone who has been in a leadership role, since the entire leadership arguably has been tainted by the scandals—who is serious about reform, then things will change.

If you look back, you'll note that a few of us have been calling for change for quite a while, far before this event. This event is giving us some more opportunity to help the CCD along to a more accepted path.

Your edit says everything. What you and others don't seem to understand is that the only changes that can possibly stick are those changes that Jocospor wants. As the founder, he is the ultimate authority on every affair in the region, and any changes that he doesn't want will never happen, no matter how much "power" he gives to his bootlickers.

As the founder, he is the ultimate authority on every affair in the region, and any changes that he doesn't want will never happen, no matter how much "power" he gives to his bootlickers.

If Jocospor leaves or CTEs, then CCD has room to potentially change. But he's still in charge as the top executive where the same policies and practices continue.

Again there are never going to be serious changes if all that happens at the top is a game of musical chairs. Entirely new leadership is needed, with Joco falling on his sword via CTE, as well as the election of a delegate not previously in a leadership role.

Unless you're speaking directly to Jocospor about it - which I somewhat doubt, in part because he's on his leave of absence, and in part because he tends to be hostile towards those who suggest the kind of change you are - nothing significant will be done. I know you've heard it a million times before, so it's nothing new, but I do want you to know that. If you can get to Joco, then so be it, but I warn you that, in all likelihood, it's futile.

I seriously want you to consider your place within the Confederation. I think you'll find it's not as big as you think it is. You're obviously not an unreasonable person, but I think you legitimately will find your only option to be to jump ship eventually. I think you'll be better off doing so sooner rather than later.
