Okay, um, I feel like I need to address this particular comment, so if you're here, this is my response to you:

While I am very much a real-life liberal (or at least, I'm told I am), I generally dislike the leftist label. I view myself more as a left-leaning centrist, and I want to be addressed as such.

Also, I feel like I should tell you that I generally dislike ANTIFA because of their bullying tactics and their general hypocrisy. I would never willingly associate myself with ANTIFA in any capacity, except perhaps as another name in their list of critics and haters.

I think the overall feedback has been very positive, I’m certainly pleased with it, nothing wrong in creating your own path, if we can’t collaborate we can work independently, and whilst we may have a much smaller team and audience, no matter which way you cut it, our get up and go attitude can’t be declared a negative thing.

It’s certainly not garbage, this is what I mean when I talk about the forums being saddening, there’s no constructive criticism, only ‘your production is garbage’.
This was an earnest effort to engage with our community and hopefully a few outside of it.

We are happy with it, no one will take that from us.

Okay sure I can be constructive. Remove the ping noises in the background since they're really off-putting, probs just by disabling notifications for whoever is recording + put some kind of background to the video instead of it just being black, maybe something to show who is talking or at least the kind of graphic NSToday does with the names of everyone on the podcast + it was quite dull. I'd recommend finding current topics to discuss, and probably shorter ones too, maybe more like "THE ANTI-CONFEDERATION NARRATIVE" than the other two.

TL;DR be more like NSToday.

Hey, I'm doing my best to be fair and objective here. Your podcast wasn't especially poorly done, just a few errors, overall the voice quality was good for most peeps in the VC and it was structured decently so it's not a bad start. Issue with a lot of podcasts like this is they dissolve into glorified recorded VCs with no clear topic or structure past the first few minutes and yall didn't have that issue.

OOC: A couple of nations in the Confederation have started up their own podcast network, which covers Confederation happenings. While I haven't had anything to do with this, it's proving to be quite an entertaining, easy listen. I quite enjoyed "Episode 5: What the F*ck Bamnam!" which is a fairly comprehensive coverage of the CCD's current Congress Chairman election. Support their efforts and give them a listen!
