Surprisingly, regions tend to tell you to stop poaching
their new recruits for your startup. You seem to expect that you're entitled to "volunteers" from experienced groups, rather than say, building your own group, and then politely asking experienced groups for help (which they're usually happy to offer). Your model is not one that flies, "politically," around here. You need to offer something special about your community, not just ask individuals to come support you "but it's okay because we're not a region we just want your time, and also we're going to whine about not having recruits for our non-region."
It's hard to build a region. It takes a lot of time, and often, a lot of money too, unfortunately. It's a kinda sad not-so-secret that it takes upwards of $100 a year (or far more) to maintain the size and activity of most large UCR's, in server and recruitment costs. Other raiding groups are here to help our smaller, younger siblings, but as allies, not as free recruiting pools.
To put if very simply:
Do: Ask regions like TBH or TRI to come support your raid as an ally, or help you understand a few things.
Don't: Ask our trainees and members to come join your discord and group, if you want the "do" to still be on the table.
