10000 Islands TITO is still around. TSP does some defending too, as well as Texas every once in awhile. TGW, like stated above.

Worth noting you could also poke somebody for an invite to Libcord if you wanna be a fenda. Not so much an organization, it's a discord server where a lot of defending happens. Don't have to be attached to an org to participate.

I'll echo what Qwabour Harbour said, but my reason for replying here is to point out the Rejected Realms and the Rejected Realms Army (RRA), since no one else has done so yet. I was surprised not to see it mentioned yet since I'm fairly sure it's one of only a handful of explicitly defender militaries still active.
