SOCIALISM, CAPITALISM, MIXED ECONOMY
there is 'socialism' policy and 'capitalism' policy but no 'mixed economy' policy, why?
i see some nations with both public and private industry. i think they get this from having socialism and making reforms. there should also be pathway to get this by having capitalism and making reforms
what about nation that plans to nationalize national security industry like petrochemical, steel and aluminum, arms manufacture, aviation, or nationalize financial industry because of boom/bust cycle, or nationalize public infrastructure industry like electrical energy, railroad transport or telecommunications, but also wants to give freedom for individuals and corporations to run rest of economy, especially civilian and consumer goods economy?
mixed economy policy is more realistic than sortition. biggest economy in world, china, went from soviet type revolutionary market policy to mixed economy market policy in 1978 - but name for this economic model is not in nationstates game lexicon. how much more of world economy must chinese mixed economy purchase before it is given name recognition?
