My question is how. What are the steps to bearing a high title on NS? (Or general outline)

High title in the WA and influence? Well you can become delegate of a GCR, it has prestige and carries huge influence. Becoming delegate takes work though years through experience in NS, knowing people, and be known and good in your region sometimes holding positions. In general in NS can mean a lot of things as there's multiple things to do in NS. What specific thing are you aiming?

Of course WA authors sometimes are regarded as high titles. You can look at WA forums for help if it's up your avenue
