Let it be known that by appointment of the council of elders and Chief elder Maeltsrom Vortex, that Niktobr has been appointed our WA Delegate.. the Officer of Regional Security and Affairs. This appointment comes after multiple attempts to contact the former King, Topid, failed on multiple means/vectors of communications. We must presume Topid is inactive.

We enjoyed having Topid as a king, so his loss hits us all, he shall be given the honorary title of Emeritus until he returns. However, the council has moved to relegate the monarchy to a purely honorary title system and we have moved towards a representative based system of government as of this posting.

We wish to note that this is not a conquest by raiders or any challenge to any existing system of global governance in place. We purely wish to be left alone to our own devices and would appreciate the current atmosphere of non-intervention in our affairs from current powers remain. We appreciate all respect given to our self-rule.

We hope that when Topid returns and he sees the following dialogue he will understand that we only moved by necessity and not out of animus as our region NEEDS active leadership.

Totally agreed. I'm not sure about the exact reasonings for Topid's inactivity but from my perspective seems super inconsiderate to just disappear like that and let everyone else pick up the pieces, especially after such a big deal was made out of getting him back into the delegacy.

I probably won't ever trust any raider. They only know how to destroy and never care about those that they hurt in the process. The actions all those with Black Hawks proves this.

Even if Mallorea did mean it as a joke we will never stop taking stuff like that seriously and I advise everyone else do the same. It is the only way to stop raiders from destroying whole regions and everything a part of them.
