As I imagine... I just want to carry on and focus this year to another Drama, I do like NPO Peeps and in each Region where I belong, says "NPO Delenda Est" OR, "Remain Neutral"....

I just wanted to observe a universal law regarding organizations upon this world. Democracy.. is everywhere. No, I'm not even joking. You might think the Emperor's rule is absolute, but like any other organization the New Pacific Order has a very specific vulnerability:
People can still vote with their feet. Just.. in the New Pacific Order.. we don't. Because we're just.. that.. good.
When you have quality governance, there is no reason to depart. When your words are respected, there is no reason to seek another ear. When discipline is held to the highest standard, you don't want to leave the ranks. Cormactopia Prime is wrong. The New Pacific Order is a democracy. It's a tyranny of consent. A most fabulous meritocracy carefully held in tact by those who want to see it thrive. The door's opened and we can always leave. We just don't.

Dragons do not submit to just anyone or live just anywhere. We choose whom to serve.. and we choose where.

But look at where we are: you have done it once more. Who can trust you ever again, when your horrifying flaws are in display for the public?
I am convinced that, for the NPO to ever change, it must suffer a radical transformation, not this cosmetic change. Until then, we shall fight to the end. For we will not fall for this trick once more.

Are you justifying or clarifying?
I can't honestly tell

I mean, I read it as a justification. With all that comes normally here in NSGP, it sounded more as a Justification.
As the original position put forth by Ryccia was that the NPO had historically been subverting GCRs all the way back to FS, I think clarification that it was an overt action is hardly justification for subversive action.

The physical change in leadership can happen safely at any time but we believe that East Durthang should be at 50k of Influence before the changeover takes place. This will take place over the next few weeks.
Thank you for your concern.
So we can expect the swap on February 8th/9th then?
