Precoixious Returns as HR Director

Unfortunately, our recently-appointed HR Director, HEM, has voluntarily decided to step down due to real-life time commitments. The Board would like to thank them for their service, despite being with us for only a short period.

The Board has agreed to reinstate our former HR Director Precoixious to the role, with Grater Tovakia remaining in the deputy position.

First monthly edition released here!

Check our newest monthly series by Llo called 'The Shift', which looks at the changes in World Assembly populations across the major regions of NationStates and analyses the key driving factors in those shifts. For November 2019, while average growth exceeded 5%, the changes have been diverse, with Thalassia growing rapidly as they levelled with the former Pacifica population, The East Pacific moving in a negative direction as Marrabuk supporters departed after their seizing of the Delegacy, and strong growth in the refounding sinkers with the help of Z-Day.

Apply for Deputy HR Director here.

The Board is searching for a new Deputy Human Resources Director to serve under HR Director Precoixious. The role assists in managing the staff roster, applications to the organisation, and overseeing the current body of contributors. If you are interested, apply now or message Chairman Llorens (@Llo#1475) or HR Director Precoixious/Marxmeans (Precoixious#4110) for more information.

Charity Appeal Stretch Goal Surpassed!!

PostPosted: Wed Dec 25, 2019 9:47 am
by NationStates Today
We did it!
Not only did we raise £100 for amnesty international in 3 days. We then doubled the amount raised in 6, reaching £200, double our original goal, at approximately 8AM UTC today. The person who got us over the line was Altino (♡ you mum), with their donation taking us to £207.65 raised in jut 9 days. This would not have been possible without the 15 different people who donated to this, each person donated an average of £13.84 with an average total donation of £23.07 per day. The entire of NationStates Today would like to place on record our sincerest thanks to everyone who donated to the appeal, gave up their time to record songs or participate in streams and advertised/ allowed us to advertise the appeal in their regions off-site property. It has amazed us to see people from every background on NationState,s including those who some of us have had serious IC differences with, come together and help make this the phenomenal success it has been. When I sat down with Lewis and Llo a few months ago to talk about this I said I would be amazed with £50, to raise £200 has been absolutely mind boggling. With that in mind we want to wish everyone in NationStates a very merry Christmas and a happy new year and look forward to releasing a new version of the shift, an anniversary edition and a new edition of Power20 by the end of the year and into the first days of 2020.
