Roavin is pretty harmless I agree. Seems a bit overblown. Glenn Rhodes being 'the enemy of the game' could be considered a bit much - as the worst I hear is that he talks a lot, which is no crime.

Now that you aren’t a game mod anymore you can go back to reminding everyone what a real enemy of the game looks like. ;)

They're both on the panel that wrote the descriptions, and the people who wrote the descriptions aren't even that hostile to them (I wasn't involved in writing the descriptions). I don't think any offense was intended.

I'm curious would you like to elaborate on that at all? Seems like a pretty cool list, it would be nice if people talked about what they didn't like instead of saying it's bad with no context. If you don't like the list view it as a conversation starter and talk about what your list would be.

I do not know 3/4 of this list. Guess I am just not part of the game.

Correct on at least one count. :)

Look at you guys just blissfully not knowing how to have a good time. Lol. Negative nancies. Neat list, newspaper people. Interesting to see how people are ranked considering their hard power vs their soft power. Also I feel a bit over ranked, I'm only very loud about a few specific issues. Lol. But cool.

Also Glen is the new sweetheart of GP. ♡ Y'all didn't get the memo.

My only complaint about the list is that I'm consistently referenced as a 'he' when it is more appropriate that 'she' and 'they' also be used, as per my dislike of not identifying mine & generally responding to anything (other than stuff such that would be banned here on NS).

Like, golden opportunity here people.

not a serious problem, to be clear

I'd like to say I am very impressed by all of this! The fact y'all can get so many people to come together to publish something like this is something to be applauded. There is one thing I would like to see in future editions of the power 20: the Associated Press polls for college football and other sports show the total points a team gets along with the number of first-place votes in their rankings. I feel like that would be a useful addition to this as it would help us to see maybe the various tiers that exist within this top 20 but also to track change over time in points. Again though, terrific job!

This rather thoroughly elaborates on why including anyone from the current TEP administration is highly questionable at best.

Unless I'm missing a suggestion that those in question are OOC bad and thus shouldn't be included in general, influence need not be used towards productive or good IC ends to be good.
