The new map update will be out soon! It's still a work in progress, but I'll likely have it done by Christmas. The RP will hopefully begin somewhere after New Years.

But that's not what a Gameplay thread is. Embassy requests are made either on your personal forums, where they fill out a form after meeting your criteria, or through the in-game mechanic of "requesting embassies". In Gameplay, people can post comments on this thread about things pertaining to your region -- including comments criticizing your "requirements" about very specific usage of this thread -- as well as responding to whatever official announcements your region has posted. This is the international stage of your region.

How do you have a thread showcasing your region to the world, but only want Embassy requests? Why would we want to build a relationship with someone so obtuse? It would behoove you to rethink what you expect to gain from having a GP thread for your region.

I agree. We have an offsite forum set up (with which i spent at least 45 minutes making) and yet members refuse to use it and instead use the forums for some reason.

Regions commonly have threads for embassy requests, you know. It's to show off our region to get embassies. Also, don't call me obtuse.
