Government dude in need of region

Wassup, name's Red Djibouti. I'm Djibouti, but redder.

I'm a dood who's good with politics and governing. I've basically led three regions in total, all of them have been 100+ with one of them even exceeding 300 nations at one point.

After my last region was declining, I decided to make a puppet instead of leaving my region completely with the goal of exploring NationStates and getting a new, fresh start. I'm also good with RP and foreign affairs too, in addition to interior affairs. I'm flexible, any position in any regional government will do for me and I'll make sure to work hard for it.

Any region with the best appeal will be my residence. We can even establish ties between my current region and yours.

So what do you say? Don't you want a Somali dude to pimp your region up??

Please allow me to help you with your technique. It can be difficult finding the right region for you. I still make puppets and explore the NSverse, so I understand how it can be a challenge to find the right fit.
Advice:

If you wish to become part of a Large region with a previously established government, move to one and get to know the culture. Once you know the people and you understand if you fit in to the community, investigate becoming part of the government/community structure. Having established relationships of trust with members of the community, your skills will likely be a welcome addition.

If you wish to become part of a smaller region with no established government, move to one and get to know the culture. Once you know the people and you understand if you fit in to the community, investigate becoming part of the government/community structure. Having established relationships of trust with members of the community, your skills will likely be a welcome addition.

If you wish to become part of a Feeder/Sinker region, move to one and get to know the culture. Once you know the people and you understand if you fit in to the community, investigate becoming part of the government/community structure. If you want to be in charge of a region without the need for establishing relationships, make one.

the pacific, I have been told, is largely running out of leaders due to purges and retirements. The word is that they've had to look outside the game for people to run key government offices; they might be interestd in your assistance.
