Personally, I wasn't aware of this, but I can confirm that it's true. Not only is Amestris allowed to participate, but it's participating in an official capacity, with the region's Queen being given "Military Rep" masking and Saint Block being present on the server. I only joined the PRC server after the jump last night, and left upon discovering this. I would have noticed Block earlier but apparently he has changed his Discord name to "Rookie of the Year."

It's worth noting that the PRC is an individual initiative organized by Galiantus, and is neither led nor supervised by the regions that comprise the war effort. The multi-regional war effort is conducted via a different medium, and Saint Block is not permitted there, nor is Amestris permitted to participate there. After Galiantus made the poor decision to allow Saint Block and Amestris to formally participate in the PRC effort, I don't think we'll be seeing many of the regions that comprise the war effort participating in the PRC's operations. So this should not be taken to reflect upon either the war or the regions at war.

Of course, I only counted 6 that were WA. So if we take your number of 18 and just speculate that each player also jumped two puppets, well, you get the picture...

All 21 nations that jumped were in the World Assembly. Some resigned from the WA after the jump and put their WA on other nations. This is what's called "switching," a term familiar to those of us who didn't peak sometime when George W. Bush was still President of the United States.

In other news, when were you appointed Consul of the Pacific, and why aren't you a Regional Officer like the other Senators?

I am familiar with the concept, but I didn’t witness that occurring amongst all the nations taking part in this ‘operation’. Good to know you are associated with it though. Gives me even more assurance of its ultimate failure. (EDIT: I see your subsequent post regarding involvement. Good on you.)

I was appointed yesterday and I’m sure the RO logistics will be handled in time, I’m not overly bothered as I am rarely on for updates anyway so any removals I undertake will most likely be Civil Code violators or RMB spammers.

Also, sorry, forgot that you don’t like being called Alonso. Maybe Elmer Gantry is better? Either way, keep up the good work, you are doing a great job. The Pacific is shaking in its boots.

I need updaters from wherever I can get them, and if the symbol of unity against the NPO is to stand we must not let petty squabbles keep anyone with a stake in fighting the NPO from participating. Is your goal to ostracize Block, or to beat the NPO? I am fully aware of what Block did, and to be honest, I don't understand why he is such a pariah.

That said, I recognize that I was never around to see what Block did, and ultimately if the only way to gain numbers to fight the NPO is to give him and Amestris the boot, I will do it. Thus far, Block has been very understanding of actions taken to ostracize him, and has expressed to me that he ultimately, he just wants the NPO to fall - and if the best way to do that is for him to leave, he will do it.

Personal grudges against Block. Since Block did some bad things, they don't want him and his region to succeed, be relevant internationally and especially work with the region where he is the most powerful government official. In WW1 too only one guy shot Franz Ferdinand and Austria declared war on whole Serbia.

I would probably not join this region if I knew Block lead it, but he was hiding under his "Bradley" identity. When I actually got to know him he turned out to be a cool guy and surprisingly he isn't forum destroyer anymore. You should learn to forgive people for their actions from a few years ago, especially since they didn't affect you.

Edit: People say it is immoral to work with him, because of his bad past deeds, but in my opinion, it is immoral to vilify him like that. I will give you a scenario. You served your sentence in prison, you regret your past actions. Would you rather be allowed to get a job and reintegrate into society, or would you rather be just not allowed into any job and die on a street, while being spat on by everyone.

Block's 'sentence' is ongoing. Many regions are signed up to the Convention on Offsite Property Security which states that "nations and entities that engage in these acts [forum destroying] will gain no safe haven in member regions and organizations".

Amestris is not a signatory to COPS, but for the many regions that are, accepting regions that are founded by forum destroyers isn't acceptable, regardless of how much the offender has supposedly changed.
