East Durthang two ish days ago: 262 endos
East Durthang like this morning: 261 endos
East Durthang earlier today: 257 endos
East Durthang right now: 260 endos
ED's having trouble getting his endo count up.

About the only viable way to bring the NPO down right now is if one of the BC officers is a double agent and ejects ED after Aleisyr drops WA. If ED waits to assume the delegacy until he has enough SPDR to be immune to ejection by everybody not named Aleisyr then there's no threat.

Someone needs to do the math. I'll do the math.
All but 2 RO's already lack the influence necessary to do this (RO costs are doubled!)
Japanese Schoolgirls will be unable to do so in 6 days, based on current endogap and not accounting for growth on either.
Glealian will be unable to do so in ~ 10 days, based on the same.
ED could have passed folks like Japanese Schoolgirls sooner if they'd kept to the endocap set for RO's instead of being at almost 3x it, but Glealian is actually keeping close to it (only 5 over), and just has a high baseline.
...of course, if this is your holding issue, you could also just remove some BC perms during the transition. But that makes it more in your face that TP doesn't trust it's own RO's

It's not the RO's only, and your math is not correctly applied. The Pacific has to make sure that someone backed by foreign endorsements cannot instantly eject them as delegate for at least two updates while the people deployed elsewhere are recalled into The Pacific.

Hi (Sad-States?).
What?
Besides the fact that anyone not an Ro...can't ban or eject, so yes, it's only RO's the matter, the only 2 non-RO's with enough influence to matter have 10 and 2 endos respectively. No one can even make them an RO except ale.
While a lower infleunce RO or team thereof could theoretically eject some of those endorsing ED (and likely them too) and then bring in an army on the smaller gap, the closest nation in endos to ED is still 150 endos behind. Most of the people endorsing ED have >100 influence, with many in the hundreds or thousands. That gap could not be realistically closed to even, say, about 50 (a gargantuan number of updaters still), unless like, *all* the RO's went rogue.
As for the math - it's not very hard. Given that I'm ignoring any significant change in endogap given the relatively stalled nature of things and the short-ish time frame (and accounting for slight changes by rounding up), it's a simple linear system of equations. I did actually make a mistake, but it's actually that said "days" up there when I meant "updates."
ED is y=(2/3)(11600+270*x)
Glealian is y=(9000+55*x)
JS is y=(8100 +120*x)
Each being (base influence + endos * updates), with ED's then 2/3s'd because that's what an RO would need to eject him (without ban). Run any pair as a linear system of equations, you get a result of y=point where influence needed to ban exactly matches influence RO has, and x=number of updates it will take.
So, with my mistake making the day-counts be halved, and even allowing you an extra day or two if you'd like, we should expect the transition in a week if this is the hold up
