Now announcing: The Return of HYDRA. After its last incarnation as H Y D R A, HYDRA triumphantly returns, rising from the ashes once more to hold its place in the world.

The HYDRA Government:
Prime Minister (PM): Miss Madeline

HYDRA has returned once again, but this time better than ever. Now featuring a non-military civilian government, we are open to all who want to join.

I am currently doubting that anyone really runs infiltration on that level anymore these days, but it would be nice to be wrong about that.
