As others have noted, if you want to have a recruiting thread, Gameplay is the place for it. If you want an RP thread (and a companion OOC thread for that RP), you want one of the roleplaying forums. If you want a region-only chat thread, that's not no place here; many regions use Discord for their region-only chat.
