MESSAGE FROM THE KAISERREICH AUF HARTFELDEN

The Kaiserreich of Hartfelden extends its commiserations to the citizens of Balder and The Ragerian Imperium. While we strongly condemn Vulturret’s harbouring of Jake/Moneyness, we recognize that the loss of an esteemed citizen and leader may thrust a community into a difficult and emotional situation. For that, they have the sympathy of our Kaiser and his citizens.

The Kaiserreich has decided to blacklist Vulturret, Slitherin Snake and any of their known aliases. They will not be welcome in Hartfelden or its colonies.

After many months of discussion and decision making, as well as watching how things further developed the Kaiserreich (the Empire) has determined it in the best interest of both the Empire as well as the organization of AntiFa to leave.

Hartfelden has fought fascists since the beginning of our military, and will not stop doing so on account of leaving this organization. It has been determined that AntiFa simply does not stand how it used to stand, they allow attacks between their members (of which members were not disciplined and then were welcomed back) as well as the overall change into a centralized organization that has created an "Us vs Them" within itself.

I have watched AntiFa deteriorate and tried to help it, I fear I only aided and abetted this further destruction. I shall continue to personally take a stand against fascism and nazism on NationStates as well as lead my soldiers into battle against them.

Unfortunate to hear Antifa has further declined. I certainly wasn't impressed with the way some of them handled Pacifica's amicable withdrawal.

This wasn't due to your withdrawal. Hartfelden has not participated in an operation since February, possibly before. Hartfelden have been moaning about 'thick-headed communists' and 'bullshit evidence'. "allow attacks between their members" is relative and I want to see Hartfelden's definition. Leaving Antifa and doing your own thing is definitely aiding and abetting destruction of the anti-fascist movement (not necessarily Antifa).

It remains shocking to me that y’all (that’s a very hand waving inclusive y’all) still haven’t realized that the whole “you either do things our way or you’re helping the fascists!” Mentality is the core of where people get turned off from ya.

I don't speak for Antifa and I'm not. Also it's Hartfelden that have had a negative atmosphere in Antifa appear, such as constant complaints but no help military-wise. If a region that has greatly helped us and provided tremendous support but left, they'd probably get a better reception. Anyways hopefully Hartfelden continues to bash the fash away from the reasons stated.

Hartfelden August Update

Constitutional Revamp

During the month of July, Hartfelden saw some significant changes to its law of the land. The prior constitution was the third to be the law of Hartfelden. This new constitution will create a Meritocracy system of governance, versus the prior Constitutional Monarchy.

Merger with the Imperium

As some of you may know by now, Hartfelden, and the Ragerian Imperium have merged. This merger brings the community of the Imperium over to Hartfelden, in an effort to preserve those who want to continue playing NationStates while giving an opportunity to purge those who do not wish to continue. All members of the Imperium are allowed to keep their status while moving to Hartfelden.

Anniversary Approaches

With the September 1 anniversary of Hartfelden fast approaching, the Ministry of Domestic Affairs has been planning a festival in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As this is an important matter, it will be given its own post soon with the details.

Appointment of Court Justice

His Imperial Majesty appointed a Court Justice recently, naming Aynia von Funkeln as the Richter of the Hartfelden Court. We look forward to her tenure on the bench, and hope that any matters brought before her are resolved quickly under her guidance.

Miscellaneous Updates

- Hartfelden has banned the former Kanzler, Tyrantium [Conquerus] after abhorrent off-site behavior. No further details will be provided on site. People may inquire on our off-site communications platforms.
- We have a multitude of new nobles. Say hi to them on our off-site communications platforms!
- Festival information will be forthcoming within the next 3 days.

It is hereby known to all that the alignment of Hartfelden shall be of what is considered “Defender.” Hartfelden respects all treaties of co-operation that it has made with other regions, and regrets if the change in alignment causes friction with our allies.

Hi. I’m Matthew. Scott told me to write things so here is Hartfelden’s wonderful gameplay report. I hope you find it as fun filled as It: Chapter 2, hilariously disappointing and in need of a better writer.

look at us, we are against raiders now

After string of low turnouts and constant operations foiled due to the ASS, Kaiser Scottiesland called for an open meeting of the military to discuss its fate. Specifically, regarding the possibility of committing an action worse than deciding to have a non-exec founder, becoming defenders. Such a change of doctrine was so shocking the military debated amongst itself for almost an entire day. Of course that what should have happened, in reality it was just Scott pinging 3 people and aforementioned glorious defenders of the fatherland only responding in half assed declarations of ‘D’ or ‘?’, after being personally DMed or pinged.

So began a new age of Hartfelden, where its immense manpower of three people sally out whenever they feel like staying awake on Libcord to defend the natives (still feels weird saying it) and detagging a single region to justify spending the entire major watching the activity feed just in case one of them darn raiders do something! So yeah, now we’re defenders. And also imperialists. I’m willing to bet a card that those 2 terms shouldnt be used together to describe a region, but at the same time I really don’t want to tell scott about it.

Now that we are officially Hartfenda (look at me, creative and witty), that means we joined libcord and do fun defending stuff. We helped our friends in Libcord do some fun defender activities in a bunch of regions! Below are some regions Hartfelden helped defend, liberated, and detagged with our friends from Libcord.
