TI isn't usually counted, but as for pure raiders, Osiris, I think EMN (not clear on alignment for them), and LWU are the existing raider regions outside of TBH.

Good point, it's been centuries since TI raided. It's funny, all these raider regions are disappearing or converting. Soon there won't be any raiders for defenders to defend against.

Good point, it's been centuries since TI raided. It's funny, all these raider regions are disappearing or converting. Soon there won't be any raiders for defenders to defend against.

Actually, more recently the problem has less been disappearance so much as implosion from OOC things - TRI command was knowingly sheltering a blacklisted player (Moneyess) and then merged with Hartfelden after subsequently forcing out the commanders responsible for such, TRE got blacklisted after their command was revealed to have extremely sketchy conversations, and etc.

In the dark of the night, the frigid wind sent lingering shivers down worn bones. The moonlight’s gleam morphed to the crevice and slip of the armor of the vigilant sentinels, those guardians of the defenseless. Their weapons drawn in patient discipline, with a resolve of iron and masterful expertise shimmering with a glimmer of cold steel. Warden and cavalier, battleworn veteran and eager newblood, they all awaited in anticipation. Sabaton clad feet shifted from side to side, mounts nickered softly and neighed in the quiet. All in the idleness of the night, these are the bastion custodians of defenderdom.

And they stood amassed on a hilltop, just a ways from their target. Down below, the fires and fortifications of the Wolf beasts could easily be seen. The petulant scent of mutt reeked across the land, but the armies of liberation did not waver. These beasts had dared to try to take the homeland of a native population. Such a sin would be repaid for in full force.

The call of go was easily heard in the dead quiet. The Warden vanguard held their swords on high. Hartfelden cavaliers kicked their steeds off. TITO and Lily nocked their arrows. Then, they charged.

On the eve of the 12th of October, during major update, the noble cavaliers of Hartfelden rode out with their allies in the liberation of the region of Nasunia. An hour from major, the forces of Libcord rallied. The Grey Wardens took their place as the vanguard, with the auxiliaries from Hartfelden, TITO, and few other defender allies, all armed and prepared to liberate the poor and oppressed natives from the monstrous Wolf beasts.

23 minutes into the update, the gathered legion of defenderdom entered the region, breaching the Wolve’s defenses and seizing the delegacy position in a successful liberation. Despite the resounding success, a single life was slain by the beasts before the region’s update. In the face of his noble sacrifice, may Ballpit never be forgotten.

Later on in the update, a small contingent of Libcord’s forces sallied out to defend ~~the glorious motherland~~ Soviet Union, successfully ensuring the continued existence of ~~the home of the revolution~~ the region.

Oh, that clears up TRI then. Sketchy conversations is something that I myself had a bit of an issue with.

EMN counts ourselves as Independent. We actually are treatied to the defender scum formerly known as Hartfelden.

Evenin' NSGP. By now you've probably noticed how Hartfelden's thread is actually being somewhat active. You know, already 3 official posts in a single week! Not to mentioned banter! It's probably because of how we made some new changes or other foreign events, right? The answer is you're all wrong, its because Scott pings us now to make us work and has deadlines. Someone stop him. Please, he's a menace.

But I'm not here to winge and complain, no, I'm here to bedazzle NSGP with the amazing statistics and life hax to get good at NationStates! Hartfelden's top teams of analysts and smart math people have come up with what seems to be the Holy Grail of all NS stats, the Magnum Opus of our entire region. We now possess the mathematical theorem to bring Hartfelden to the top of the world! For the sake of posterity and kindness, we have decided to share our findings so that everyone may prosper.

In the graph shown above, x = "amount of Libcord operations" wheras y = "powar". As you can clearly tell, the more Libcord operations clearly equals to that of more power. As such, the correct answer to how to be good at NS to be a defender. No bias what so ever here. Nope. Nuh uh.

With that new discovery in mind, we were hard at work to achieve what we call the apex of power. As such, we have done a lot of stuff! Mostly just chasing those pesky Black Hawks or detagging almost dead regions. All in all, I'd say we're a good 17% on the way to being the "powar-est".
