St. Abbaddon and the Future

Yesterday, the Independent Joint Command Coalition engaged the New Pacific Order as we attempted to free the region St. Abbaddon from their longtime, insidious occupation. The IJCC was more than a sum of its military parts and unequivocally demonstrated the collective potential of our regions. Along with many of our allies we managed to bring 162 troops while the NPO recruited 147. Victory was in sight, but in the final, long minutes of the battle the puppet delegate came back online to do the bidding of the NPO. Despite this outcome, it was extraordinary to see the heroism, initiative and ingenuity displayed by our forces and our strength was demonstrated to the world.

This will also be the last mission for the Independent Joint Command Coalition. Despite nefarious motives assigned to us by adversaries, the IJCC always represented merely an improved coordination network between friendly regions. After months of experimentation we’ve found that we were stronger and more cohesive as individual militaries working together.

As yesterday reminded us though, freedom is not free and now more than ever the spirit of cooperation is vital between our regions. While our regions have been engaged in the pursuits of peace, other regions have instead been building vast armies for the purpose of unprovoked aggression and using them to threaten Europeia, Balder, The Land of Kings and Emperors and many of our allies. For the first time in recent memory we can no longer take the peace and security of our regions and allies for granted in the face of these new threats. There can be no doubt that the re-emergence of Francoism poses a threat all all User-Created Regions, and all those who have friendly relationships with so-called “userites”.

To face this challenge, we are entering a new era of independent militaries. We will build upon our history of cooperation and shared interests and values to ensure the peace and security of our regions and their allies. I would like to thank every citizen in Balder, Europeia and The Land of Kings and Emperors for their contributions and am excited to open up this next chapter in our regions’ history.

This whole thing is especially hilarious coming from the Rach who always pretended to be the sympathetic one to those who disagreed with her.

It's always easier to claim external hostility caused it without looking within to see why people now shit on the LKE and Balder. Lumping Euro in when it comes to claims of hostility is... Kinda funny, because I don't see a lot of shitting on Euro, more critique and well-meaning discussion on both sides.

The other member states could do well to learn from Euro, actually, by engaging in good-faith dialogue and coming to mutual agreements. Also, the timing of this is legitimately side-splitting.

I wish the regions the best and await what I'm well aware is coming with an eager grin.
