What is it you mean exactly by 'owners'?

From taking a look at the region, it's pretty clearly underdeveloped, which may be the first thing you want to sort. Get some formatting in that World Factbook Entry, ensure that it at least briefly covers the basics of your region. You could definitely use setting up some kind of government and/or an organised roleplay, and make sure you have it all written down and implemented properly. Once you've got past those basic stages, recruitment will be vital to maintaining and growing your region. I don't know if you've recruited in the past, but you can use stamps which are purchased in the NS store, API recruitment, or you can recruit manually. Make sure you know what you're doing with recruitment before you begin, though.

After one of our region's owners decided to randomly disappear, our region has been declining. I would like some advice to reverse this decline. Simply recruiting isn't enough; I also need to keep people interested, and I would like advice on this too. In addition, Megalosian Empire is officially hiring new owners. If you are interested, you may also make the case for why you'd be a good choice below.

do you have any advice 2 how i can keep ppl interested?

Hmmm. Well first, it should be something you like. From here you can expand it further. A thing that might be interesting to you, if you haven't heard of it, is raiding and or defending. If you are interested, TG/DM me.

Most region have roleplay to keep retention high. Start something small of a theme you like. Also there are ressources on how to make a succesful RP.

Do you have Discord? Set one server up! Most region have already one.
