Hey!

I've just founded a new region (https://www.nationstates.net/region=the_golden_union), and I'd like some help from anyone else who may use NS++ or any other program that's easy and useful.

As a new founder I'd like to learn how to automatically recruit and how to make my region a thriving and independent place for nations to relax and RP.
