I like it very much, but would it be worth possible to make the cross slightly smaller, I would like black field to be the dominant part of the flag

Hello, i need someone to help me with some slights edit on my flag. The link to it can be found Here.

1. Widen it too a 2:3 ratio, so its less thin.

2. Widen the white bar in the center so all the tri-colors are equal, like the French or Italian flag.

3. Can someone change the neck of the deer, it leans to the right a little, so if someone could center it more.

4. Mentioning the Deer, could someone put it on top of a Shield, but make the shield small enough that it doesn’t go onto the other colors.
