Without the wreath structure as well, just the hammer and compass, with it taking up much of the inside of the gear in a similar manner to this.

Edit: Alternatively this might be a better reference.

Hi,

Please may I have a flag with the following features:
- roughly 2:3 in ratio
- A square English flag in the top left canton
- A green background rgb(0,100,40)
- A golden Oak tree on the right side of the flag
- a small golden crown capping the Oak

Can I have my current flag improved?

All I want is:

•Flowers and white circle in middle (basically center it).
•Make it look more Japanese.
•I have a feeling one side is a bit bigger than the other (as in white bit on both sides of pink line) and like it fixed.
•Make any improvements you want!

You can also make a completely new flag if you wish (I just found this on reddit and changed a bit of it).

I was uncertain what you meant by make it look japanese. So... I made it as described above; only I made the pink pinker and the white whiter.
