I made two versions, one exactly as described and the second, with a red background and white cross fleury, as this looks more like the original Wessex flag. Let me know what you think.

I was thinking in a flag shaped rectangular with three stripes the way of the Colombian flag. The widest upper part with a dark blue and a image of the milky way in the middle; the central stripe could be brownish with a snowed white-peaked small mountain to the left. The bottom stripe just light blue, symbolizing the sea.

Got a trio for you. Wasn't sure if you wanted the Milky Way as theorized (a stylized spiral galaxy) or the Milky Way as viewed when standing on Earth (sort of a river shape), so I did both. The third version omits the stars from the second and is pure white instead of blended. I used the blues from your post, but #BF4040 kept coming out pink in Illustrator so I eyeballed the brown.

What sort of things would you be looking for specifically? What details need to be kept, what can change?

Thanks for your response. I was hoping to get rid of the lines on the sides and getting rid of the ripple effect since the flag was an old screenshot. The centerpiece is nice, but the cross has like lines in it, it would be nice if it were a solid cross C:

I'll get to work. Looks as though the crest is a simplified version of a House of Orléans one I found here. I'll aim ro recreate your crest as seen on your flag, with the necessary sword adjustment.

How are either of these designs? They go along with the theme of the City of London Flag but add necessary elements from The Republic of New Wessex and Islamic Holy Sites. Let me know what you think.
