Sorry that I didn’t include it in my original but could you take the coat of arms I gave you and put it on the German flag? That will be my state flag.

Can someone take my current flag, make the background Green and white seperated (Like the English Flag) with a white cross in the middle.
The Dragon stays but has seven stars expanding from it like the Chinese Flag with one large star and six tiny stars.
The golden stripes at the bottom stay the same.
