Came back here for another request for another project I'm experimenting on.

This flag that I'm interested in having is meant to be somewhat futuristic, but overwhelming surreal and nightmarish. The flag in question is meant to be for an "institution", which to shed things more spoiler-free, it's meant to be another mixture of an utopia and dystopia. Another important thing to share is that I like to see it as something from Black Mirror or from Snowpiercer. I already have a color scheme in mind. The primary colors will be yellow, white, and black. In a nutshell, I like to imagine the flag is be a mixture and cross something like this:

There isn't any specific images that I want on the flag I can think up at the moment, but the images and symbols from both images are a good place to start.

Welp, I think my last post was an bump and bumps were not allowed in this thread so.. yeah.
I’d like the Flag of Budapest except without the coat of arms and with the triangles now being this color, and this color.

Spoilers are not "not allowed", just strongly discouraged, and we will usually ignore them because otherwise the thread tends to become a flock of Finding Nemo seagulls. As a rough guide, 3 pages pr a week would be a reasonable time to wait.

Repeating the actual request (as you did) is good. Other helpful things are linking your sources and not burying your colour codes in tags.

Not as such - it was done in situ. I have separated it out, but there ma\y be a couple of artefacts. Generally it is best to request the CoA first, then commission the flag.
