can I have a flag with a black background on the top space craft then below that aircraft then below that a tank, soldier, and ship below that it says "unit SPF" and around the center is an zarniocian novan flag (I'm an alt of it's)

Flag redesign time. Have 3 horizontal bars, one blue above and below a white bar, a navy blue banter with 5 stars in the shape of a cross in the middle of the canton, and it to be in 2:3 scale

Too many elements, and stacking them vertically gives insufficient space for each. I also have no idea how to place a rectangular flag "around" the centre either.

Banter is a form of conversation. Do you mean a horizontal tri-band, blue-white-blue with the stars in the top left?

Hey there I'd really appreciate it if someone coule use the flag of Florida as a base, but change the words on it so that it says "GREAT SEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIFA" on the top, and "HOLD MY BEER" along the bottom of the crest.
