Hi there. Fairly complex flag here.
In the style of the California flag, but the bottom is navy blue.
In the top left in place of the star, there's a gold four pointed star inside of a Syndicalist gear.
In the place of the bear, a phoenix in the style of the San Francisco flag, but the phoenix is the same navy blue as the bottom bar.
Above the eagle, "Arbeiderens frihet vil seire" in curved text in the same navy blue.

I have come to humbly request a smoothening out of the edges of my flag, I also literally am too stupid to figure out antialiasing apparently.

It looks like the dragon has been scaled up from a small original. That's always gonna cause problems. If you can find a large high-def version I can drop that in. Meanwhile, this is about the best I can do.

For my flag I’d like a tri band of red yellow and green. On the yellow middle band I’d like this lion

but instead of the cross I’d like it to hold a golden staff with a sun at the top, around the staff I’d like a banner to curl round it saying Plumbris, Eraan, Nixaa.

Is this doable?

If it isn’t I’ll change my request to an Austrian flag with an overworked, over complicated Italian coat of arms which has my motto on it.

It's do-able, but the banner is pointless as it wouldn't be legible at NS scales.
You would also be better off with a dark background for the lion.

Red and White. if you need more colors for detailing add a little silver, and if you need more colors, gold. I would like something that looks like an imperialized version of the Swiss Flag. I have a request for a flag, but it's a slightly different one.

For the county of Walmwoodshire, this is required:

Black background
Green - hex code 007749 / RGB 0, 122, 77 going across with a white border
Golden rod - #DAA520 RGB (218,165,32), with white border
Slate grey - hex code 708090, RGB (112,128,144) with white border

Over these needs to be a red bear (brown bear design, red colour) with blue wavy lines representing water; bear is large size and these words in red font with border underneath (but not with the translation!):
