[Saint Borgia]

Hi! This should be an easy one, compared to some of the others I've seen but I'm not sure.

For my lore, Saint Borgia is meant to be an ex-Spanish colony in the Atlantic Ocean. Named after Saint Francis Borgia, we are somewhere between a modern Spain and modern Cuba (minus the communist dictatorship).

All that I am requesting is a map of my nation with a capital city. Can be any shape or size, as long as it's not extremely tiny or extremely large. I'd say no smaller than Puerto Rico but no bigger than Madagascar.

The capital city's name is Puerto Davestano.

For the Castagrian national flag, it will have the same design as the American flag. However, the stars are replaced by one Sardinian moor, facing to the right without the eyes being blindfolded. The background for that particular portion should be white. The blue and white stripes should be replaced with the colours of the Catalonian flag.
I hope it's not too hard to figure out

So I did four. The first two are direct color grabs, the latter two are adjusted slightly.

Also there are dimensions with an even ratio (3:4, closest). Normally I'd prefer 2:3 but it is what it is.
Since it's a proper ratio and I like the slight color change to be less depressing, the last is my favorite, but I made some options.

I want a Yugoslavia flag with The People's Republic of Hungary coat of arms except it's just golden Circle or Black Circle and not like what the real Socialist Hungary coat of arms and there is a Rice and cotton outside the "golden Circle" or Black Circle and there is a ribbon under the rice and cotton written Libertas et Unitas or Единство и свобода and in the inside of the "Golden Circle" or Black Circle there is a Golden Star.
