Good evening and a belated happy New Years,

If it’s possible could I get a flag based of the design seen here? I’d like the yellow replaced by #436B95 and red by white. I’d like it to have the proportions of the Grand Union flag. In the centre, replacing the Iranian crest, I’d like this variant of the US arms (with the shield on the chest and the ribbon removed, the crown lowered slightly).

Something based on this. Make the colours work better and add symbolism in the flag resembling a mix between Slavic and Turkic symbolism would be appreciated. No complex imagery, coat of arms or crescents for this one, please.
