Alright. I would like a flag with the base design of this one (except a much larger image please)

Please change the red to my current national flags shade of red.
Remove the logo in the centre.
Invert the black and white.
Add my current white celtic cross, with a white version of the

replaced by a solid yellow circle, with four rectangular protrusions at the top, bottom and sides like the circle on my current flag to covey the idea of a celtic cross? Keep the tiger and bayonets; no other modifications are required.

So I would like in the middle the flag of The Crown of Hispania and Britannia in the middle inside a circle with a yellow outline. On the top left is the british flag, on the top right is he spanish flag excluding the coat of arms, the bottom left is the green harp flag of ireland and the bottom right is the flag of the Kingdom of Portugal without the coat of arms.

Do you have permission from The Crown of Hispania and Britannia to use their flag?

For a regional Seal I made efforts to create this

A) If someone can, I would want to correct somehow the view of the 3 heads of the byzantine eagle because these looks unclear even in smaller size like an empty space despite the rest of the eagle. This Eagle emblem has 3 heads with crowns.

B) I want too for my nation a Gov Seal based somehow on my flag with an emblem/coat of arms and the motto " PATRIA, POPULUS, FIDES ET OPTIMA TERRA EX TERRIS DOMINI". In this I'll use the following Eagle:

I want this emblem to be made for within the seal and a separate version as a Coat of Arms,
this as main emblem or coat of arms, without sun and moon,

but to add to eagle the elements (sword, scepter) kept in the hands of this eagle or her hands with those elements fron here:

and over the head of the eagle a crown very similar to the byzantine eagle or taken from my regional flag.
And a small shield with the keys from my nation flag to the emblem in the center (please, Not covering the whole eagle) and a Chi-Rho insignia from my regional flag to be used at the upper (North) part of the keys in that shield, not over keys, smaller than keys.

C) If it's possible, I want also a separate version of an emblem or Coat of arms based on the previous style but with four wings including the following features:

horizontal wings like in these 2 images

along with the vertical wings from the previous style B).

I mean something similar to this

D) And also,
I want someone take this image and turn the finnish flag into 2 versions: my own flag and my regional flag

As far as I can see, none of this is a flag request. Please take it the Seal and Logo Request thread.
(The flags within images thing is a lot of work, so you might not get much joy there either, but it's a better place to ask)

Hello, am I able to get a flag with the SocDem(2 hands holding flower) symbol, with the flower replaced with a Fleur-de-Lis and Flame(This helps represent De Leonism, Monarchism, Juche, and Confederacy). A communist Sickle, but it's instead an Anchor, the Hammer replaced by a Pickaxe(this helps represent Thalassocracy and Petracracy) surround this symbol with half Gear and half Prussian wreath(Technocracy and Prussian Socialism). Somewhere on the flag have a Sword and Pen cross(Strasserism and Passivism) with shield in front of the symbol that has 2 headed black eagle that has chaos star for its wing design(Isolation, Pangermanism, and Duginism) and in front of the eagle for the symbol on the shield, should be something similar to the east German compass with an eye in the middle(Progressive Communism and Big Brother).

Also if you really feel up to it can the flag be designed to feel like a German flag?
