Only discovered flagmaker jr. through ya, New Totzka! Hope this is good enough... I couldn't directly copy your colours because your flag was ruffled.
I'll gladly try again if you wanna unruffle it first, but this is what I came up with trying to duplicate it. <:) https://i.imgur.com/jz4q9aq.png

1. A spear/halberd pointing horizontally to the right
2. 2 firearms pointing diagonally up left and right. (preferably 2 diff firearms)
3. 3 main colours for the flag. Red, gold and black.
