Mind if someone change the ratio of the Imperial Army flag to 4:3 like the flag of the United States Army? Now that I think about it, add a streaming white banner like the flag of the United States Marine Corps under the star and circle with the inscription in olive drab letters 'IMPERIAL STATE OF ATERIA ARMY'.

First flag is the national flag of the Russian Empire with the lesser coat of arms of the Russian Empire over the black-yellow-white bands, making it a charged horizontal triband flag.

Second flag is the Banner of the Holy Roman Empire though the aquila is replaced with the lesser coat of arms of the Russian Empire instead.
