Hello, i need someone to help me with some slights edit on my flag. The link to it can be found Here.

1. Widen it too a 2:3 ratio, so its less thin.

2. Widen the white bar in the center so all the tri-colors are equal, like the French or Italian flag.

3. Can someone change the neck of the deer, it leans to the right a little, so if someone could center it more.

4. Mentioning the Deer, could someone put it on top of a Shield, but make the shield small enough that it doesn’t go onto the other colors.

I don't think there is enough contrast from the gold to the yellow, so I've given you a couple of alternatives. Also, made everything symmetrical.

You currently have 50 small stars + 1 big one. Do you want
52 + 1

50 + 2
something else?

For the first 2 options, there is no way to make eack point of the overall layout the same. I could add a star to the end of one or two of the arms - is this what you want?
