Hello again. I would like another flag, this time made up of this flag but with the symbol seen [url=https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f3/Flag_of_the_State_of_Burma_%281943–1945%29.svg/2000px-Flag_of_the_State_of_Burma_%281943–1945%29.svg.png]here[/url] (the one in the center of the flag; please include the white circle) in the center instead of the Ashoka Chakra. I would also like it to be in the same dimensions as the earlier flags. Thank you again! (Sorry if the URL code isn't working. I'm currently trying to fix it.)

Sorry I don’t think you understood what I meant, I asked for the middle part within the border to be made white not for it to be expanded. It’s my fault for not wording it right.
