So I’m fresh out of ideas for flags, and I want something sort of Cascadia-esque.

Using the colours green, white, and blue (or any single one of them- white is required, only one of either green or blue is, but using both is fine too [also using different colours on top of those is alright]), try to make a flag like Cascadia’s, bust not Cascadia’s. Ideally, it’d have a somewhat simple design, maybe with a stylised/minimalistic tree or mountain on it, sort of converting the culture or geography of the Pacific Northwest. If you could make multiple different designs, that’s be nice.

It doesn’t really matter to me what file format you point it in, as long as it’s high image quality- something like .png, .pdn (I have paint.net, I don’t have Photoshop or something like FireAlpaca), etc.

Made the shades of yellow different to differentiate, I can change it if needed.

I definitely like it, I would probably use it for a regional flag, but I don’t know if t really fits the style of the country as a whole.

I think you're making the classic mistake of trying to cram too much in. I would recommend something much simpler, like this...

The theme being a Strasserist Flag, but with the symbol of the first flag.

And

If you could make two flags; a normal flag and a banner based from what you do I would be confortably happy with it. AS well if a possible coat of arms, if I might add to it with the first flag's nazibol symbol replaced with the strasserist sword-n-hammer alone.

I'm relatively sure there's a ban on offensive symbols appearing on flags.
