I have thought of a flag divided in nine parts in a tick tack toe similar style, with a laurel wreath superimposed and a pterodactyl with two swords at his sides, each swords inclined 45º to the interior. Thanks!
Colours: The background green, the lines separating he flag black, the laurel greath with a softer green, he swords grey and the pterodactyl silouete also black.

Hi there! I would very much like a new flag, based on the flag of Kharan, in which the emblem in the upperleft corner is replaced with the emblem that now is in the centre of my current flag. I'm not sure the gold will look good with the lighter blue as background, so perhaps the Kharan flag needs to be a bit darkened for this to work. But I will leave that up to the eye of the artist.

Thanks for the speedy response! I like how the colours work. As an additional request, would you be willing to make the emblem just a tad bigger? I imagine it could be about 85 percent of the height of the blue band. Thanks!

Not really, no. For that avail I had to look the CoA up in a higher resolution and for that I am too lazy. What I can do is this:

black background
silver fox in the center(not just a fox thats silver but the actual species of silver fox)
roses around the fox
blue flames around the roses
the name of my nation somewhere
anything else you wish to add

Well, personally, I would suggest you not have the name of your nation on the flag. If you think about it, most functional flags (of countries, that is) have no text, because the design is reversed on the back. Also, it’s harder to see from the distance. I’m not very good at the designing aspect, but I am predisposed against text on flags for some reason. It’s fine if you still want text there, I’m just making a suggestion.
