I like my flag to have a light blue background with this symbol in the middle colored dark blue in the middle of this circle also dark blue.

Here we go now -

• I’d like the background of the flag to be this blue.
Hex# - 003366
• A semi-large white circle in the center with a gold outline.
Hex# - DAA520
• In the center of the circle, the Liberty Torch from my old flag in the same gold color.

Hello,
I’d like a flag with a background coloured #CE1126, with a coat of arms in the centre. I would like the COA to be a shield, with a white dragon and a volkskrone atop it.

P.S. I would like the size of the COA compared to the flag to be akin to the sizes seen here.
