Hello can i make a request?

Im looking for a flag, the nsin color being Tyrian Purple (hex triplet: #66023C). In the middle is a shield in Red (hex triplet: #960018) and finally an eagle in front of a Fasces in yellow (hex triplet: #EFCC00).

Can i have a flag in a roman stile with roman symbols like the SPQR the laurels etc, but instead of the eagle have a dragon and have swords, and a halberd, and an anchor on it and the colors should be, gray for the swords and halberd, green for the laurels, and gold for the dragon, and red and yellow fo everything else and the words FLAVO IMPERIUM (all caps) some where on it.

From my work it seems very busy, perhaps I did not choose the best layout.. before I put words on it see where it's up to.

I like the simple one the best but that's personal preference. The gold took FOREVER lol

I am wondering if you can remove the decorative symbols on and around the sphere, really. Just leave the glow and all but the symbols to be removed. Thanks in advance. Shrink the resolution scale to fit a flag if you must.
